Meetings with Federal and State Members

Meeting with Michael McCormack, Deputy Prime Minister – Representatives from the Board of C4Wagga and the CEO will be meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister & Member for Riverina on 30th November to discuss a range of issues where we believe the Federal Government can assist with key infrastructure projects for the City. We look forward to reporting back to C4Wagga members in December on the outcomes. 

Meeting with Dr Joe McGirr, Member for Wagga Wagga – The Chair & CEO met with the new member for Wagga Wagga on 11th October. It was a positive meeting in which we were able to further articulate C4Wagga’s position with our Strategic Plan projects and outline our need for clarification on recent election promises made by the current State Government, particularly in the area of road infrastructure and Hospital Car Park funding.
